WHY
YOU SHOULD ATTEND
Why
should you register
for my half-day seminar on how to take the pain out of publishing
an e-newsletter?
THREE
REASONS...
1.
It answers: "Where Do I Start?"
If
you're like me, you let "important business projects"
build up in your mind till they seem insurmountable. Eegads, you
say to yourself. Where do I start? What are all the steps? How
long will it take? How will I fit this in with everything else
I'm committed to?
Let's
say one of your "must-do projects" is launching or
improving an e-newsletter.
Spend a half day with me and I'll show you step-by-step what
you need to know to get up and running and publishing on a consistent
schedule.
This
is a roll-up-your-sleeves workshop that covers the
nitty gritty. You'll get tips on how to build your list of email
addresses, format your e-pub in both HTML and text and choose
an email vendor (for as little as $25 a month).
We'll
also cover how to create killer content month after month. Ultimately,
that's what hooks your readers.
2.
You'll get a solid ROI
But
$249 is a significant investment, you say.
Yup, it is. But compare that to the hours and days of headache
you'll save yourself if you don't jumpstart the development of
your e-newsletter with input from a pro.
As
publisher of WordBiz Report, I've made loads of mistakes
along the way. I'll teach you everything I've learned about
publishing an effective e-newsletter. (My consulting rate
is $200 an hour, so this is a bargain!)
Bottom
line: you'll recoup far more than $249 if you develop a compelling
newsletter that consistently generates leads, new members or whatever
business goal you've set.
Your e-publication has to have a distinctive voice, look and feel
if you want your readers to open it issue after issue. The stuff
we'll cover in the seminar zeroes in on how to do this.
3.
You get a free copy of my special report (value $59)
As
a seminar registrant you get a free bound copy of
my special report, Turning
Clicks Into Customers.
Plus
you get to meet me (yes, the publisher of award-winning WordBiz
Report!) face to face. Ask me all your tough questions. Listen
to your fellow attendees. They're a smart bunch too. You'll go
back to your office with a To Do list you can start on immediately.

WHO
SHOULD ATTEND?
Marketing
& sales managers, Web content managers, editors, consultants
and anyone interested in the cost efficiency of communicating
and marketing through the Web and email.
The
workshop will be useful whether
you work for a non-profit, a small business or a corporation.
Additionally, it is geared both to those currently publishing
and those planning an e-newsletter launch in 2003.
WHAT
YOU GET
A
bound copy of Turning
Clicks Into Customers - 69 pages filled with ideas you can
use to promote your newsletter and your site with killer copy
and content. (Value $59)
A
step-by-step checklist to audit your own e-newsletter. You'll
do a lot of the work at the seminar and go back to your office
with a To Do list you can easily execute to launch or improve
your e-newsletter.

WHERE
IS THE SEMINAR?
The
seminar is at The Tower
Club in Tysons Corner, VA. B2G (business to government) marketing
expert and well-known consultant Mark
Amtower, a WordBiz subscriber, is sponsoring the workshop
so we can use a meeting room in this business club for the techie
elite of Northern Virginia and D.C. It's the tallest building
in the area. The club on the top floor, if you haven't seen it,
has a cool view of the Shenandoah Mountains.
If
you're considering coming from out of town, you can stay at one
of several reasonably-priced hotels nearby. Tysons Corner is 15
to 20 minutes from Dulles airport and 30 minutes from the museums
and other attractions of downtown Washington DC.*
*You
arrange your own accommodations but I can offer suggestions.

Accommodations:
There are a number of reasonably priced hotels close by
(nearest airport Washington Dulles). Tysons Corner, VA is
about 30 minutes from downtown Washington D.C. and all its
attractions. I may be biased but May is undoubtedly the
best time to visit D.C. Call for more information: +1 202.364.5705
