Scenario:
Your organization has been working for weeks or months with a
Web design agency. Your new home page has a snappy new design.
But does it accomplish the business objectives you've set for
it?
Do the copy, content and design combine to convert visitors to
the actions you're looking for, whether a sale, sign up or download?
It's the 11th hour and you've lost all perspective. You need an
outside, no-holds-barred review by an expert - along with concrete
recommendations.

Debbie's
cut-to-the-chase feedback on our new home page design was
invaluable. She prodded us to prioritize what results we
wanted from visitors to the page. Then she made sure the
copy and design reflected our goals. Plus her input helped
resolve several internal disagreements (whew).

Here's how I'll work with you
I use a four-step audit process:
1.
Pre-analysis discussion of conversion goals of your home page:
capture leads, sign ups, down loads, registrations, branding,
etc.
2.
Complete critique of your home page including rewriting copy,
content recommendations and improved usability. Recommendation
for a sitewide content formula.
3.
Presentation of findings (teleconference or in-person meeting
if you are in or near Washington D.C.)
4. Recommendations for updating content on home page (includes 3 months of follow-up support by phone and email)
Contact me by phone or email to set up a home page audit.

What's all the fuss about
email newsletters?
Don't let the creation
- or maintenance - of an e-newsletter get the best of you. Whether
your goal is to generate leads or build a stronger relationship
with your customers or members, Debbie Weil can:
- Fine tune the content and design of your
existing publication
- Help you define your business objectives
and map out a long-term strategy to launch and maintain an e-pub
- take you step-by-step from concept to launch.
I'll help you develop
a content formula, design an HTML template and choose an
e-newsletter services vendor
- if you need editorial support, I can call
on ace copywriters and editors who can leap in - for one issue
or as an ongoing resource
- Help you grow your opt-in list of subscribers.
Tip: put a sign up box prominently on every page of your site.
- Prepare a soft launch. Pushing "send"
to publish your first issue can be nerve-wracking. We'll make
tweaks to your design & layout, and do a final proofread
and edit.
