I use a four-step audit process:

1. Pre-analysis discussion of conversion goals of your home page: capture leads, sign ups, down loads, registrations, branding, etc.

2. Complete critique of your home page including rewriting copy, content recommendations and improved usability. Recommendation for a sitewide content formula.

3. Presentation of findings (teleconference or in-person meeting if you are in or near Washington D.C.)

4. Recommendations for updating content on home page (includes 3 months of follow-up support by phone and email)
